1. Who we are

This website (gedostore.net) is operated by Gedo Store, an Egyptian retailer of computers, laptops and accessories (Commercial Register No. 146317, Giza). Address: 18 El-Lebeny St., Faisal, Giza, Egypt. By using the website or ordering through it you agree to these terms.

2. Products and prices

• Listed laptops are imported used devices; each product page states its condition and specifications.
• Prices are in Egyptian pounds and may change without notice until your order is confirmed.
• Photos are illustrative; on request we send photos of the actual available device before you pay.
• Availability shown on the website is not final; our sales team confirms stock before shipping.

3. Orders and confirmation

An order placed through the website store or WhatsApp is a purchase request, not a final contract. Our sales team contacts you to confirm availability, price and delivery details, and the order is confirmed only after that contact. We may decline an order if the product is out of stock or the details provided are incomplete or incorrect.

4. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery (available depending on governorate) or cash at our branch. Instalments are not currently offered. The website does not charge any amount and does not request payment card details.

5. Delivery and pickup

We deliver to all Egyptian governorates, or you can collect from our branch in Faisal. Delivery cost and time are agreed with the sales team when the order is confirmed. At the branch, the device is opened and checked in front of you before you pay.

6. Warranty

Imported laptops carry a 3-month warranty with a written warranty certificate handed over with the device; the scope and limits of the warranty are those written on the certificate. For printers and other products, condition and warranty are confirmed in writing in the quotation before the order.

7. Exchange and returns

Your exchange and return rights are preserved under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. If you have a problem with a product you received, contact us through the channels below with your invoice or warranty certificate.

8. Use of the website

• Provide accurate details when ordering (name, phone number, address).
• Do not use the website for unlawful activity, submit fake orders, attempt to disrupt it, or access data without authorization.
• Website content, including text, images and logo, belongs to Gedo Store and may not be reused commercially without written permission.

9. Communication

When you place an order or message us on WhatsApp, TikTok, Facebook or Instagram, we reply on the same channel about your enquiry or order. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

We try to keep website information accurate and up to date, but an unintended error in a price or specification may occur. In that case we tell you before confirming the order and you may cancel it. Our liability for any product is limited to its value and its warranty terms, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We may update them from time to time; changes are published on this page with the last-updated date.
